Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a professional jewelry box manufacturer with a factory located in Guangdong Province, China.
Q: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity), and can you add a logo?
A: Our usual MOQ is 500 units, and we can add a logo. However, if we establish a long-term cooperation, the MOQ can be as low as 100 units.
Q: What is your production lead time?
A: Generally, it is 30-40 days after sample confirmation, but it can be adjusted based on the order quantity.
Q: Can you provide samples? How long does it take and how much does it cost?
A: We can provide samples. If using existing molds, it takes 3 days to complete, and there is no sample fee, but the customer needs to cover the shipping cost. For custom sizes, it takes up to 7 days, with a sample fee of $100, which will be refunded after placing an order.
Q: What trade terms do you offer?
A: We usually operate under FOB terms but can also accept CIF, DDP, DDU, and EXW terms.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T payment, typically requiring a 30% deposit and the balance 70% against the bill of lading.
Q: Do you offer logistics and warehousing services?
A: We have long-term cooperation with logistics companies and can offer a variety of convenient shipping options. For long-term cooperation customers, we can provide free short-term warehousing services.
Q: Do you provide after-sales service?
A: All jewelry boxes come with a 2-year quality guarantee. Any quality issues within 2 years can be addressed and resolved by contacting us.
